The M.E.S. School Band comprises of 8 dedicated members who play the drum, triple drum, bugle and trumpet. We encourage our students to learn these instruments and be a part of school functions, to proudly march forward playing the school song during Sports Day and Annual Day celebrations. Our teachers along with the Physical Instructor impart special training to the band members to learn to march in unison and at the same time play their instruments. This requires a lot of dexterity and concentration and our students have time and again proved their worth.The Band performs on various occasions throughout the year. Popular orchestral music and martial music are taught. |
